With the Spirit Fleet Card program, our clients are assured extensive fleet solutions for their fuel and maintenance needs. The Spirit Fleet Card is part of the fastest growing universal fleet card in the industry, complete with advanced technology and processing systems, service infrastructure and a proven track record in managing fuel taxes and net billing — all critical to the successful efficiency of our clients.  The Spirit Fleet Card stands out because it allows for control at the card level as well as the account level, giving fleet managers the ability to customize their cards. Within a single account, the Spirit Fleet Card can be assigned to drivers, vehicles or organizations (department, region, etc.).

The Spirit Fleet Card program offers sophisticated purchase control and expense monitoring advantages. Easy-to-read, comprehensive transaction data reports help manage expenses and can be used in vendor negotiations. Summary report options monitor and track negotiated discounts. The Spirit Fleet Card is accepted at more than 230,000 major and regional fuel and maintenance locations in all 50 states with new sites added daily.

CARD PROGRAM FEATURES

Spirit Fleet Systems provides a powerful and dependable fleet card with extensive fuel and maintenance fleet program features. Spirit has the flexibility and expertise to meet the needs and future growth of our clients. The following demonstrates the advantages we bring to our customers:

Purchase Control

Within the same account, Spirit Fleet Cards can be assigned to drivers and/or vehicles. A unique Personal Identification Number (PIN) can also be assigned for security. Drivers can be required to enter:
• Vehicle or driver number/PIN
• Odometer reading

Purchases can be limited by:
• Product (fuel only or all products)
• Number of transactions per day
• Dollars per month
• Number of transactions per month
Our clients have the option to allow one more transaction after limits are met.

Exception Monitoring

Exceptions are identified on Vehicle, Driver and Exception Reports. A sample of exceptions include:
• Mile per gallon variances (based on customer-defined specifications)
• Pattern discrepancies (time, date — based on customer-defined specifications)
• Product variances (based on customer-defined specifications)
• Fuel purchases in excess of customer-defined capacity

Flexible Reporting Options

Comprehensive reporting is vital to our clients in effectively managing their fleet card program. With Spirit’s exceptional reporting options, clients can run pre-defined standard or create company-driven ad-hoc reports each month. Spirit will generate various management reports regarding card usage, price per gallon, fuel type, number of gallons, sales amount, odometer readings, date and time of sale, retailer and retail location. Our clients also have the ability to access reports by hierarchy, i.e. vehicle, facility, multiple facilities, region and company. Any or all of the available Spirit reports may be selected:
